In 1632, Swedish troops plundered the monastery and destroyed the bakery. in 1646, French troops burned it down. A new building erected in 1699 completely overlapped the medieval complex, around the middle of the 18th century the Rococo pavilion, which still exists today, was built. In the course of secularization, the monastery was abolished in 1811 and the buildings were sold.
