What country does China belong to?
China is bordered to the east by the Yellow Sea and the East China Sea, and to the southeast by the South China Sea. 14 Countries share a border with China. China borders Russia and Mongolia to the north, North Korea to the east, Vietnam, Laos, Myanmar (or Burma), Bhutan, Nepal and India to the south. In the west, China shares land borders with Pakistan, Afghanistan, Tajikistan, Kyrgyzstan and Kazakhstan.

Quite long rivers run through China
The longest river in China is called the Yangtze River and is 6380 kilometers long. Of these, at least 2800 kilometers can be traveled by ship. This makes it the longest river in Asia and the third longest river in the world. Like the Yangtze River, the Huanghe River, also called the Yellow River, originates in the Himalayan Mountains. After all, this river is almost 5500 kilometers long and is also of great importance for China. In the north of the famous port city of Shanghai, it flows into the Pacific Ocean. Its source is in Tibet.
