Andorra la Vella is the capital of the small state and principality of Andorra with about 23,000 inhabitants. At the same time, it is also one of the seven administrative units of the country. The others are: Canillo, Encamp, Ordino, La Massana, Sant Julia de Loria and Escaldes-Engordany.
