Located more than 7200 kilometers from France as the crow flies, the Bahamas occupy a central place in the heart of the Caribbean. To the northwest of the archipelago, is the east coast of Florida and more particularly Miami, from where boats and planes leave regularly for the Bahamas. The two territories are also so close that many travelers opt for a combined Florida Bahamas. To the south of the archipelago this time, it is Cuba and its timeless and sun-drenched atmosphere that watches over Nassau and its neighbors.
